The XI and XII Vocational B&C students participated in a workshop to acquire the skills to make choux pastry used in making eclairs and profiteroles. The resource persons were Mr. Rohan Mendes and Chef Ajinkya, a Michelin chef. A presentation on careers in hospitality followed the workshop.
