POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS
ADMISSION POLICY
1. All applications for admission must be submitted in the prescribed form soon after declaration of results. Late applications may not be accepted.
2. No student will ordinarily be readmitted after an unsuccessful attempt at an examination.
3. Once admission is offered, full fees become payable immediately. Admission may be cancelled if payment is not made.
4. Parents or authorised guardians must compulsorily accompany the student at the time of admission.
FEES AND PAYMENT RULES
FEES PAYMENT
Fees must be settled within the stipulated time unless permitted by the Principal or Vice-Principal.
Late payment fines apply:
Rs. 5 per day for the first week
Rs. 10 per day thereafter
VALIDITY OF ADMISSION
All admissions are valid only for one academic year and must be renewed annually.
Only students securing grades between A to G are eligible for admission to Std. XII.
OUT OF STATION STUDENTS
Students unable to be present during
finalisation must seek prior permission.
A deposit of Rs. 1000 is required, along with late fees,
to confirm admission later.
FEES FORFEITURE & WITHDRAWAL
FEES FORFEITURE
Fees paid at the time of admission will be forfeited if the student withdraws admission.
CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Written intimation at the time of application about applying to other institutions.
Written withdrawal immediately after admission or before 1st July, whichever is earlier.
Documentary proof of admission to another institution must be produced.
