A session on Fashion Technology was organised by NIFT, Mumbai, on 27th November 2025 for the students of Std XII Arts from 10:15 am to 11:15 am, in the St. Joseph Vaz Auditorium. The Resource Persons were Dr. Sonali Saldanha, Associate Professor, Department of Fashion Management Studies and Prof. Dhanraj Survase, Associate Professor, Knitwear Design.
Dr. Sonali apprised the students on the various degree courses offered in fashion technology and related fields, highlighting the curriculum, career prospects, and opportunities for specialisation offered at NIFT. She provided valuable insights into the industry's demands and trends, helping students make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. Dr. Sonali covered details on entrance exams in order to help students prepare for their future academic pursuits in fashion technology. The session was informative and enlightening.
