The Skill Workshop Committee of St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Mapusa, Goa, hosted an insightful session on investments for the students of Standard XI Commerce on 12th July 2025 at St. Joseph Vaz Auditorium. The resource person for the session was Mr. Sarvesh Mahesh Karapurkar. He is an AMFI certified mutual fund distributor and CEO of Sonash Investments & Co., situated at Panjim, Goa. The talk highlighted the core importance of saving and investing. Mr. Karapurkar expertly covered financial planning, explaining inflation and taxes. The 2 hour session combined education with engagement. He used clips and stories to explain saving strategies. The talk empowered students to manage finances. It offered a solid base for informed decisions. His insights helped build financially smart people for long term success.
