The Navhind Times organised the Children’s Day Art Competition 2025 on 18th November 2025 at Dempo House, Panaji. Seven students from St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School participated in the senior category (Grades XI–XII). The theme allotted for this category was “Goa 2035.”

All students created artworks based on the given theme and showcased their creativity, interpretation skills, and artistic techniques. Their participation reflected enthusiasm and dedication toward the competition.
We are proud to report that Shrutika Balkrishna Halarnkar, Roll No. 3342, from Class XI Science D, secured the 2nd Place in the senior category for her creative and thoughtful artwork. Her composition was appreciated by the judges for its concept, originality, and execution.
The remaining six students received Certificates of Participation for their commendable efforts.The competition provided all participants with valuable exposure and an opportunity to enhance their artistic skills at an inter-school platform.
